Great! All the photos have turned out incredible. Thaty has such an eye for the right angles, lighting and poses. She made me feel so comfortable and we laughed so much. I would recommend it to everyone - you feel beautiful, its so much fun and its really not just about the photos - you get to see yourself in a totally different way.

What made you choose Boudoir by Thaty?
Oh gosh, the reviews, the personal and fun nature of Thaty, the fact that I was able to attend a friend's shoot a few months prior and had THE BEST TIME and it wasn't even my shoot! Overall the quality, range, warmth and love in the photos.
What were you nervous about going into your session?
Pretty much everything. I am like most other women and dislike posing in front of a camera and had no idea what to do, and I had no idea how to feel confident and embrace my body in such a vulnerable time.
What was your favourite part of the experience?
Everything. Absolutely EVERYTHING. The vibe and mood and feel that Thaty sets is magical. From the warm fire to the light to the music to the love and happiness and joy she exudes is just perfect. I love how Thaty would demonstrate poses and move limbs and hair etc around to get THE shot. It was so collaborative and such a safe space. I love how Thaty shaped the shoot around what story I wanted to tell with the photos. One of the first questions she asked was who is the shoot for, it was for me and that was so powerful to remember!
How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?
Amazing. I love these photos. Thaty is so talented. I feel confident and proud of what I've done and if I'm having a bad day I look at the pictures and think dang that's me!
Would you recommend Boudoir by Thaty to others?
Absolutely! I already have, to so many friends, even friends out of the Auckland area who are willing to travel to Thaty!
I got you covered but if you like to bring your own, I'd suggest two to three different outfits, four if you're feeling it, and any props & accessories you may want to incorporate.

What should I bring to my boudoir session?
I've totally got you covered there. I know all the tips and tricks to create the most flattering angles for women of all shapes and sizes. Don't you worry about posing, I'll help you pose everything from your head to your toes.
Do I have to know how to pose?
Your images are private unless you say otherwise. All clients are given the option to keep their images private or to sign a partial or full release.
WILL MY BOUDOIR IMAGES BE POSTED ONLINE?
Clients see their images within 2-3 weeks of their session. Album and prints take an additional 3-4 weeks after that date.
